Access the trading platform via the link Lootbase.gg, click the 'Log In' button at the top right corner, and enter the login page. You can log in using your email or Google account.

1.3 How to Reset the Login Password?

Go to 'Personal Center - Account Settings' to reset your login password and complete the modification.

1.4 Is It Possible to Change the Email Address?

Currently, the trading platform does not support modifying the bound email address. Each email can only be bound to one platform account. If you have any questions, please visit the Help Center -> Contact Us for assistance.

2.1 Transaction Fees

Direct Recharge Service: Apart from the payment processing fee, there are no additional charges for the direct recharge service. The recharge amount will be adjusted based on the price set by the game publisher. Please refer to the recharge page for the actual amount and complete the payment.

2.2 Direct Recharge Time

After successful payment, the direct recharge service will be credited to your account within 10 minutes. During peak periods or special events, there may be delays or non-delivery, but it is expected to be credited or refunded automatically within 24 hours. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact customer service.

2.3 How to Check Direct Recharge Records?

You can view the order status in 'Personal Center - Purchase History.' If the order shows as successful, you can log in to your game account to check the corresponding asset increase. The game may also notify you of the successful recharge through pop-ups or in-game emails.

2.4 What If Incorrect Direct Recharge Information Is Entered?

a. Before payment, please verify the recharge information, including the game account, username, and server, to avoid recharge errors.

b. According to the service provider's requirements, once a recharge order is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. You can initiate a new recharge, but the trading platform is not responsible for incorrect purchases.

c. If the game ID is entered incorrectly, resulting in a failed recharge, the order will be automatically refunded after confirming the correct information. If you have any concerns about the direct recharge service order, please contact customer service.

2.5 What If the Direct Recharge Service Is Not Credited to the Account?

If the direct recharge service is not credited to your account and the order has not been refunded, please provide proof of successful payment and non-delivery to contact customer service for assistance. If the platform confirms that the recharge was not credited to your game account, a refund will be processed.
